Please, fill the form below or use the e-mail address info@dtm.es as a temporary channel for reporting possible infractions under the terms of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, until the application for the complaints channel of the General Secretariat for Digital Administration, which reports to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, is enabled. This channel enables the reception and processing of reports on corruption or conflict of interest, irregular conduct, serious or very serious administrative infringements, offences or breaches of regulations and internal commitments established in the entity related to the activity carried out by the State Agency of the Spanish National Research Council.

Sending an e-mail to info@dtm.es is the channel for reporting possible suspicions of fraud in the management of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in accordance with the Anti-Fraud Measures Plan of the State Agency CSIC as the executing entity of the PRTR. These suspicions will be studied by the competent units and, where appropriate, subjected to a relevant assessment and investigation.

The identity of the informant will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
